Join us for a unique food series in February 2017. For two weekends in February Head Chef Chamila Mananwatta, of the Mulranny Park Hotel, located overlooking Clew bay and Head Chef Tom Flavin of the Limerick Strand Hotel, located on Sarsfield Bridge in Limerick, join forces to bring you a taste of Mayo in Limerick on the 3rd and 4th of February and a taste of the best produce from Limerick in Mayo on the 10th & 11th of February. Each weekend will consist of a cooking demonstration by Tom or Chamila on the Friday evening where then will cook with a local produce. Then on Saturday guests will have the opportunity to visit a local producer or Milk Market in Limerick in the morning and that evening everyone joins together to get a taste of either Limerick or Mayo. Wines will be provided by Forrestal Wine Merchant & Findlater Wines & Spirits, where carefully chosen wine matching will compliment each dish. This is a unique event series to showcase produce form each region and to further highlight the exquisite produce that is being produced along the Wild Atlantic Way. Two events not to be missed.
